GapMaps is excited to announce that we’ve extended our partnership with CoreLogic and are launching the Property Information Monitor (PIM) module. PIM is a great addition to the Cordell module which provides clients with access to planning application and approval processing insights across the country.
The PIM module enables clients to explore commercial sales information across retail, industrial office and other commercial sectors in Australia. It is possible to quickly source comparables for the purpose of valuations or as part of an acquisition due diligence process or even identify opportunities for network expansion.
The PIM dataset includes a valuable range of details about property transactions including addresses, key building attributes, property type, agency name, price and buyer/vendor details. Clients can search for sale listings and sale transactions as far back as 2012 enabling the identification of pricing and transaction trends over a longer period.
The new PIM module further broadens the insights, data and value provided to GapMaps clients across Australia. Get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more.
